上上週某一天晚上要跟朋友一起打的時候，打沒兩分鐘就被punkbuster踢了出來，我重開機後就沒事了。豈料上週1/24（過年初三）晚上要再跟朋友一起廝殺時，不管怎麼做，連遊戲都還沒進去就被踢了（但我朋友都沒事喔！），重開機、重灌PB、重更新，通通沒用！只好在網路上瘋狂爬文，國內國外的網站有教的方法屢試不爽，通通沒效，於是就放棄了。

附帶一提，據我所知，punkbuster踢人的原因有很多種，不信的話自己去巴哈打punkbuster搜尋帖子，你就會看到好多人遇到的情況都不太一樣，而我被顯示的是理由是：

注意上頭紅色的部份，我這篇只教跟我狀況一樣的人要怎麼解決，跟我不一樣的話......就只好請您另外爬文找了，不過大抵上，其他狀況的解決方法，不外乎也是

1：手動移除『Battlefield3』資料夾內的『pb』資料夾

2：用『pbsvc』解除pb的安裝

3：再用『pbsvc』重新安裝pb

4：用最新版的『pbsetup』更新BF3

5：重新開機（不重開還不生效喔）

至於你問我那個遊戲管理員框框這麼小，怎麼看到後頭他顯示的文字內容？很簡單，你把整個網頁按右鍵點『全選』→『複製』，然後開個word檔貼過去後就看的到了。我上頭那段文字也是貼過去word後才知道的。

至於解決的契機嘛，可能是碰巧過年期間心血來潮抓了20幾部H-GAME的CG吧，正好因為Megaupload被美國抄了之後，很多載點都失效了，為了把看中的CG納入珍藏，只好破戒又使用了BT....當時抓到一個段落後，想說保險起見還是把電腦全面掃個毒好了，畢竟也很久沒掃了，索性就趁去上班時掛著讓avast地毯式搜索。

然後出人意料的，掃完後avast跟我說，我有三個檔案遭到感染，他們分別是：

C:\users\user\AppData\Roaming\PnkBstrK.sys

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\PnkBstrK.sys

（至於第三個『科學超電磁炮』就請無視，謝謝XD）

所以我就將這三個檔案砍了之後，再一次「手動移除『Battlefield3』資料夾內的『pb』資料夾→用『pbsvc』解除pb的安裝→再用『pbsvc』重新安裝pb→用最新版的『pbsetup』更新BF3→重新開機」，就又可以玩了，真是折騰人啊....這樣你就知道如果不砍掉這兩個在users & system32的PnkBstrK.sys，不管你怎麼更新/重灌pb都是沒效的，因為問題的癥結點根本不在BF3資料夾！

不過為什麼我的PB會被感染呢？誰知道.......感覺不像是其他無關的病毒害的，比較像是EA程式自己的漏洞造成的....操....

結論就是，本來我一度想要放棄戰地風雲3了，畢竟什麼方法都試過了就是沒效，不給玩就是不給玩，但經過這樣一搞，嘿！又可以玩了！所以如果有狀況跟我一樣的玩家，就掃毒一下看看是不是也是PB中毒了吧～有幫到忙的話，願意留言讓我知道我會很高興的。

PS：爬文時我發現一個現象，就是大多數遇到這個問題的人，都是在1/24（初三）那一天（包括我也是），但我用上述的方法操作是1/28，測試成果成功是1/29早上，所以到底是因為我這方法奏效所致，還是1/29後官方修好的，除非有人留言告訴我他什麼都沒做也恢復正常，不然我也不得而知....但反正檔案被病毒感染，總是要把他幹掉的.....

以下是英文版說明，畢竟爬文時也受了很多外國玩家資訊提供的幫助，所以不管他們會不會google到這篇，還是提供一下幫助有緣人好了。

I suddenly couldn't play the Battlefield 3 last week, just didn't know what was going on when the PB kicked me. I copied all the wedsite's words and pasted on the Word, the game said:

As far as I know, there are so many different types of reasons that the Punkbuster kicks you, this article is only suitable for the guy who encounter the same problem as mine ( the red color words obove), if your kicked reason is different than me, then go to search on the interenet for the answer....sorry for that. But ! But! Almost the solve method of Punkbuster's problems (Unfortunitely, the case what we want to talk about still needs another step) is :

1.Delete the "pb" folder of the "Battlefield 3" folder BY YOUR HAND. (Don't need to cancel all the Battlefield 3)

2.Using the "pbsvc" to uninstall the Punkbuster.

3.Using the "pbsvc" to reinstall the Punkbuster.

4.Using the Latest "pbsetup" to update the game (Battlefield3 or something else that you want to play).

5.Reboot your computer. (It's necessary)

Accourding to the experience of myself, our problem is " The PnkBstrK.sys was infected by the virus or some hack programs". ( So our another step need to do is find it, and kill it. )

Why I knew it? After I tried every manner I could find on the internet ( No matter what the websit's language was Chinese or English ) and it still didn't work, I almost gave up. Just at that moment, I used BT to download a lot of files, so I was worried about something bad will hide in my computer, so I ordered my anti-virous program (avast) to scan my hard discs completely.

Then after the scanning was finished, the avast told me there were three files were infected:

C:\users\user\AppData\Roaming\PnkBstrK.sys

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\PnkBstrK.sys

The third one is not improtant, please ignore that. XD

I deleted these 3 infected files and do the step 1~5 above I metioned, then it worked! I could play the BF3 once again finally!

Notice! Because the infected PnkBstrK.sys are not located in the BF3 folder, so if you don't delete these two that hidding on the "users" and "System32", even though you do the step 1~5, it still won't work, that is the reason!

OK，the conclution is:

If you have the same reason that the Punkbuster kick you just like me, then scan your computer by your anit-virous program, delete the god damn infected "PnkBstrK.sys", and do again the step 1~5, your BF3 should bring back to life once again.
